Returns Policy

  • We want you to love our products! If you are not fully satisfied, the purchaser can return the item within 7 days of receiving it for either an exchange or store credit ONLY.  Shipping will be at own costs.
  • The item needs to be unused, unworn and in brand new conditions with packaging intact and the original labels attached. 
  • Please ensure that the item is securely repacked. We will not be held responsible for any damage which may occur returning the goods.
  • Please email us at jana@distinct.co.nz to inform us about a return and please use a trackable delivery service as we will not credit your account until item has been received back.
  • In the rare event of receiving a faulty product, item will either be replaced (if in stock) or a full refund will be given on the purchase price including shipping costs.
  • Sale items can only be refunded if the product is faulty, but if you change your mind, sale items can be returned for a gift card or an exchange, providing the items comply with their Returns Policy.
