Returns Policy
We want you to love our products! If you are not fully satisfied, the purchaser can return the item within 7 days of receiving it for either an exchange or store credit ONLY. Shipping will be at own costs.
The item needs to be unused, unworn and in brand new conditions with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
Please ensure that the item is securely repacked. We will not be held responsible for any damage which may occur returning the goods.
Please email us at jana@distinct.co.nz to inform us about a return and please use a trackable delivery service as we will not credit your account until item has been received back.
In the rare event of receiving a faulty product, item will either be replaced (if in stock) or a full refund will be given on the purchase price including shipping costs.
Sale items can only be refunded if the product is faulty, but if you change your mind, sale items can be returned for a gift card or an exchange, providing the items comply with their Returns Policy.
