For orders under NZ $150.00 our standard courier rates are $ 7.50 - NZ wide
Please note that we are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been processed unless otherwise agreed on.
Returns Policy
We want you to love our products! If you are not fully satisfied, the purchaser can return the item within 7 days of receiving it for either an exchange or store credit ONLY. Shipping will be at own costs.
The item needs to be unused, unworn and in brand new conditions with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
Please ensure that the item is securely repacked. We will not be held responsible for any damage which may occur returning the goods.
Please email us at jana@distinct.co.nz to inform us about a return and please use a trackable delivery service as we will not credit your account until item has been received back.
In the rare event of receiving a faulty product, item will either be replaced (if in stock) or a full refund will be given on the purchase price including shipping costs.
